As Certified XCHANGE Guide, I leverage past experience and apply them to new business contexts and deliver results for the clients.

I helped more than 140 clients in the region to strategically develop Human resources, advance their competences and drive results. As HR partner, I was actively engaged in the KOC PMIS project - Competence center for smart cities and smart communities, financed by EU.
Based in the Slovenia, I work both face-to-face and virtually, and willing to travel.
