Our story

As a People, Processes and Systems Consultants, we help organizations using Colabrie approach develop, advance, retain and attract high-performing talent that increases your business agility and competitive advantage.

We partner with small-medium growth tech, engineering, manufacturing companies to design and implement an ecosystem around the culture of trust and psychological safety, that builds on individual knowledge and skills, and attracts talents.

Our services are available for:

Alenka Planinc Rozman

Passionate and determined to connect leaders who want to make an impact and facilitate conversations that lead to transformational change.

As a System Thinking & Organizational Learning Designer, I help organizations shape and develop programs to advance people, teams and leadership that creates measurable outcomes and lasting results for all stakeholders.

I partner with small-large growth companies to position their people at the heart of the organization, increasing their personal and professional power so that they can make a greater impact in their organization.

Informed by XCHANGE facilitation approach and NP coaching principles, I help them to evolve their HR ecosystem to align people strategy with growth strategy and drive results using relevant KPI indicators. As Certified XCHANGE Guide, I leverage past experience and apply them to new business contexts and deliver results for the clients.

With a two decades-long Alenka experience with clients and companies from wide range of industries.

I helped more than 140 clients in the region to strategically develop Human resources, advance their competences and drive results. As HR partner, I was actively engaged in the KOC PMIS project - Competence center for smart cities and smart communities, financed by EU.

Based in the Slovenia, I work both face-to-face and virtually, and willing to travel.
 

 

 



 

Alenka Žnidaršič, PhD

Passionate and determined to contribute to the r/evolution of how we, as engineers, think and do, and how we are perceived in tech organizations and society. Breaking the stereotypes of engineering culture to see the engineers as human, in front of technology, and not behind.
As a People, Processes and Systems Consultant, I help tech organizations develop, advance, retain and attract high-performing talent that increases your business agility and competitive advantage.

I received a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. Working at The Jožef Stefan Institute, the leading Slovenian scientific research institute, I collaborated with researchers all over Europe as well as global partners (GE, Siemens, and other manufacturing partners) to develop cutting-edge technological solutions and products for industry. I was lecturing and mentoring students and industry professionals at University of Ljubljana. Moving to Colorado, I was a teaching assistant at Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado.

After finishing my PhD and continuing professional career in industry, I expanded my leadership horizons studying GMP - General Management Program at IEDC – Bled School of Management, leading international management development institution in Europe. I focused my professional carrier on exploring and improving soft leadership skills, such as leading teams, team dynamics, managing projects, effective communication and motivating others.

I am iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), as well as Certified XCHANGE Guide.

Based in the greater Denver area, with a US and European client base, I work both face-to-face and virtually, and willing to travel.
